Rasha Tayeh is a nutritionist and artist inspired by organic wholefoods and local food systems.
Curious about the ways we produce and prepare food; her practice is holistic and explores the connections between harvesting, cooking and sharing our food – and of coarse, how it makes us feel!
Having worked on various art projects, community projects and sustainability initiatives we are excited to announce that she will be running one of her delicious wellness workshops “Spring Rhythm” at our Flower & Garden Market on Sunday 9 October.
You’re invited to balance and renew your energy with medicinal herbs from your home garden or pantry, and learn about the benefits of seasonal produce.
Spring Rhythm workshop will include:
- An introduction to selected medicinal herbs commonly found in the home garden & pantry, along with an herbal infusion tasting
- Benefits of selected seasonal produce, and a tasting of a Spring cleansing (smoothie/juice)
This 45-minute workshop will run twice during the day: 11am & 12.30pm
Book on the day. Limited spaces available.
