Pathways for Change

We are For Change Co., and we are passionately dedicated to changing the lives of young people experiencing homelessness. We believe every young person deserves the chance to thrive, and with your support, we can make that a reality. Our ‘Pathways For Change’ program provides paid training and employment, equipping young people with essential skills and unwavering confidence. This Community Kickstart Grant will directly fund our program, allowing us to support two more young people, providing them with award wages and a secure pathway out of homelessness. We’re committed to empowering them with financial literacy, job readiness, and life skills, alongside mentoring and coaching. By voting for us, you’re investing in a brighter future for these young individuals, helping them secure stable housing and build the lives they deserve. TRK Care

Kids Mental Health Pack Project

We are TRK Care, and we’re passionate about nurturing the mental wellbeing of children, especially those navigating vulnerability. Our mission is to empower young minds with the tools they need to thrive. The Community Kickstart Grant will fuel our Kids’ Mental Health Pack Project, delivering essential resources directly to children in need. These packs, filled with journals, affirmation cards, and mindfulness activities, will equip children with vital coping strategies, cultivate resilience, and foster self-belief. Partnering with organizations like Hope in a Suitcase, we’ll ensure these resources reach children at critical moments. By supporting TRK Care, you’re investing in a community of stronger, more resilient young people. Join us in creating a future where every child feels supported, valued, and empowered to face life’s challenges with confidence and grace.

Brunswick Neighbourhood House

Inclusive Programs

We are Brunswick Neighbourhood House, and we are dedicated to building a more inclusive community for all. We believe in creating opportunities for connection, learning, and growth, and with the Community Kickstart Grant, we can do even more. This grant will strengthen our Inclusive Programs for people with disabilities, removing financial barriers so everyone can participate. We offer Life Skills and General Education, Collaborative Arts, and an Integrated Pottery Program, all designed to foster independence, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging. By voting for us, you’re helping us support up to 50 individuals annually, enriching their lives and strengthening our entire community. Join us in building a future where everyone can thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
